Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of goalsarathi.com and the Goal Sarathi web/PWA application (the “Service”), operated by Udhyam Sarathi, a proprietorship based in Jam Khambhalia, Gujarat, India (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Goal Sarathi helps Indian SME & MSME businesses turn an annual business goal into seasonality-aware quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily targets, with daily data entry, task delegation, WhatsApp-share digests, department scoreboards and other productivity features. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change or remove features from time to time.

2. Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law.
• Authentication is by email OTP (and Google sign-in where enabled). You are responsible for keeping your email account and login codes secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for the actions of any team members you invite to your business workspace.
• Notify us promptly at kharajignesh@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or infringing on others' rights.
• Upload malware, attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or interfere with the Service's security or performance.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any business.
• Use the AI Sarathi assistant to generate unlawful, harmful or misleading content.
• Resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission.

4. Plans, Billing &Amp; Trials

The Service currently includes a Free tier and paid tiers (Growth and Pro). Paid tiers may be introduced, changed or discontinued with reasonable prior notice inside the app or by email. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable taxes. Where billing is enabled, subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service and to comply with law. We handle Customer Data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of Customer Data and for having the right to share it with us, including personal data of your team members.

6. Availability &Amp; Support

We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not offer any uptime guarantee on the Free tier. Scheduled maintenance, upstream provider incidents or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. Support is provided via email at kharajignesh@gmail.com on a best-effort basis; paid tiers may include enhanced support as described on the pricing page.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, brand marks (“Goal Sarathi”, the Sarathi wheel), documentation and all related intellectual property, is owned by Udhyam Sarathi and protected by Indian and international laws. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event will Udhyam Sarathi, its owners or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you have paid us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is higher.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. ownership, liability, governing law) will survive.

10. Governing Law &Amp; Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jam Khambhalia, Gujarat, India.

11. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you inside the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
